Bebek Kahve

One of the best places in the town for breakfast. It is located at Bebek, which is a popular Bosphorous village with its cafes and restaurants.
You may enjoy your tea or Turkish cafe while watching Bosphorous view with sea breeze. Try "kaşarlı simit" (cheese filled Turkish bagel with sesame) or b'fast plate. Don't forget to bring your magazines and newspapers to complete your morning session.
Don't be upset if you can not find a table to sit when you get there or if no waitress around... be patient and enjoy.
They do not have a website so I add a picture of there. Car park available. 20TL p/p cash only!
Address: Cevdetpaşa Caddesi, Bebek (Next to Bebek Park and Mosque)

Ara Cafe
If you are lingering around in Beyoğlu and like to have an afternoon break or looking for a nice place to eat before the movie, Ara Cafe which is an all day cafe-bistro in Galatasaray is the place which you may looking for...
Daily soups are delicious, Balkan Köfte (Balkan Meatballs) served with aubergine and yogurt is great. (25YTL p/p) Lemonade is not good as much as House Cafe's but ambiance and decoration balance it ;)

Konyalı (Kanyon)
If you are looking for old style Turkish dishes and unhealthy but delicious specialities, try Konyalı @ Kanyon Shopping Mall...
Prices are higher than a lunch Hacı Abdullah (in Beyoğlu) because this place is running in another track. With it's decent atmosphere, simple and modern decoration, and of course, very good service makes Konyalı a good choice for me. Plus you can drink wine (80YTL p/b) or Rakı with your meal which is not possible in Hacı Abdullah or even Konyalı in Eminönü. (60YTL p/p without wine/rakı)
Note: Konyalı is one of the candidates in Time Out Istanbul F&B Awards, vote for them!

Reserve in advance if you are planning to go and dine during weekend ;) It's Turkish Coffee and Orange Baklava are also in "don't miss" list.
